These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale and booking of the services offered by TEAM OXYGEN.

Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

TEAM OXYGEN reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect on the date of the booking.

The Client acknowledges having read them before making any booking.

2. Personal data and image rights

To make a booking, the Client must provide the information requested in the forms provided for this purpose.

The Client agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

In accordance with current regulations, the Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them.

Photos or videos may be taken during the activities.
Their use for communication purposes is subject to the Client’s prior consent, collected at the time of booking.

In case of refusal, the Client agrees to inform TEAM OXYGEN before the start of the service.

The visuals presented are not contractual.

The services are nominative and supervised by qualified professionals, in compliance with current safety regulations.

4. Prices and payment terms

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).

TEAM OXYGEN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applied price is the one in effect at the time of booking.

Payment is made via the methods offered at the time of booking.

Payment is made online by credit card.

Custom booking (groups and companies)
For groups, companies, or specific requests, a personalized quote can be drawn up upon request.

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and the corresponding payment. An invoice is then issued.

6. Availability

Bookings are processed in real time.

In case of unavailability after booking, TEAM OXYGEN will offer a new date or issue a full refund.

7. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for the indicated duration.

They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once their validity date has passed, they are forfeited.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.

All bookings are firm and final.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation by the Client

More than 14 days before the service: postponement possible only, subject to TEAM OXYGEN’s availability, with no guarantee of rescheduling

Less than 14 days before: no refund or postponement

No-show or absence: no refund

Certain services may be cancelled or postponed in the event of:

weather conditions

security reasons

force majeure

A new date or a refund will be offered.

10. Client abandonment

Any service interrupted on the initiative of the Client will not give rise to any refund.

Any delay exceeding 30 minutes will result in the cancellation of the service.

11. Use of equipment

The equipment provided by TEAM OXYGEN remains under the Client’s responsibility throughout the duration of its use.

The Client agrees to use it properly and to take care of it.

In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the equipment will be billed to the Client based on its replacement value.

12. Health

The Client declares that they are in good physical condition and have no contraindications to practicing freediving.

A health questionnaire will be sent after booking. Depending on the answers, a medical certificate may be required.

For advanced, expert, or instructor levels, a medical certificate will be strictly required.

The Client agrees to report any specific medical condition.

Pregnant participants are not allowed to participate.

The consumption of alcohol or psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited prior to the activity.

13. Activities for minors

Minors remain under the responsibility of their accompanying adults.

Parental consent may be requested.

The minimum age to participate in the activities is set at 16 years old.

14. Rules of conduct

The equipment and facilities must be used in accordance with the safety instructions.

TEAM OXYGEN cannot be held liable in the event of an accident resulting from:

failure to comply with instructions

unsuitable physical condition

an inaccurate declaration by the Client

TEAM OXYGEN declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Any complaint must be sent within 7 days after the service by registered mail to:
