Custom booking (groups and companies)<\/strong>
For groups, companies, or specific requests, a personalized quote can be drawn up upon request.<\/p>\nThe booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and the corresponding payment. An invoice is then issued.<\/p>\n
\n6. Availability<\/h2>\n
Bookings are processed in real time.<\/p>\n
In case of unavailability after booking, TEAM OXYGEN will offer a new date or issue a full refund.<\/p>\n
\n7. Gift vouchers<\/h2>\n
Gift vouchers are valid for the indicated duration.<\/p>\n
They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once their validity date has passed, they are forfeited.<\/p>\n
\n7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.<\/p>\n
All bookings are firm and final.<\/p>\n
\n9. Cancellation<\/h2>\n
Cancellation by the Client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n- More than 14 days before the service: postponement possible only, subject to TEAM OXYGEN’s availability, with no guarantee of rescheduling<\/li>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
- Less than 14 days before: no refund or postponement<\/li>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
- No-show or absence: no refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Cancellation by TEAM OXYGEN<\/strong>
Certain services may be cancelled or postponed in the event of:<\/p>\n\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n- weather conditions<\/li>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
- security reasons<\/li>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
- force majeure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
A new date or a refund will be offered.<\/p>\n
10. Client abandonment<\/h2>\n
Any service interrupted on the initiative of the Client will not give rise to any refund.<\/p>\n
Any delay exceeding 30 minutes will result in the cancellation of the service.<\/p>\n
\n11. Use of equipment<\/h2>\n
The equipment provided by TEAM OXYGEN remains under the Client’s responsibility throughout the duration of its use.<\/p>\n
The Client agrees to use it properly and to take care of it.<\/p>\n
In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the equipment will be billed to the Client based on its replacement value.<\/p>\n
\n12. Health<\/h2>\n
The Client declares that they are in good physical condition and have no contraindications to practicing freediving.<\/p>\n
A health questionnaire will be sent after booking. Depending on the answers, a medical certificate may be required.<\/p>\n
For advanced, expert, or instructor levels, a medical certificate will be strictly required.<\/p>\n
The Client agrees to report any specific medical condition.<\/p>\n
Pregnant participants are not allowed to participate.<\/p>\n
The consumption of alcohol or psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited prior to the activity.<\/p>\n
\n13. Activities for minors<\/h2>\n
Minors remain under the responsibility of their accompanying adults.<\/p>\n
Parental consent may be requested.<\/p>\n
The minimum age to participate in the activities is set at 16 years old.<\/p>\n
\n14. Rules of conduct<\/h2>\n
The equipment and facilities must be used in accordance with the safety instructions.<\/p>\n
TEAM OXYGEN cannot be held liable in the event of an accident resulting from:<\/p>\n
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n- failure to comply with instructions<\/li>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
- unsuitable physical condition<\/li>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
- an inaccurate declaration by the Client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
TEAM OXYGEN declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.<\/p>\n
\n15. Complaints<\/h2>\n
Any complaint must be sent within 7 days after the service by registered mail to:<\/p>\n

\n16. Disputes<\/h2>\n
These general conditions are subject to French law.<\/p>\n
